Two days later I'm sitting here waiting for a call back. So much for waiting for a month or two huh?
All that needs to happen is for me to get a sweet deal for interest.
I budgeted my life all sorts yesterday and some today, and I think I can make it all work, even if I don't get another roommate when Larz moves out. I'll just need to be really careful with money, but it's what I want, so I can make it happen.
Fingers crossed.
This may be a sweet early present to me :D
