Went to the beach today, I’m still covered in sand. It’s rather ridiculous. But man it was a great time. Only me, Adoko and Paa-Kwesi went. Man those boys have gotten rather huge. Paa-Kwesi especially! There is no way I would attempt fighting him. It’s funny what 10 years can do to a person. Kweku is even bigger I’m told. Well, not yet, but he will be.

Mini-Me is not so Mini-Me anymore either. Girlfriend has sprung up rather quickly, and she is slender as well. It’s such a good thing that she has her shit together, and isn’t boy crazy. No one has asked me when I’m getting married, when I’m going to have kids etc. and that’s a good thing. I like that. Not sure how much longer it’s going to last though.

I think I’m going to get myself a 6pack tomorrow. I’m getting Akyere to drive me to the bank…I swear, she needs to work on her driving more…she is probably the person that they make automatic cars for. I try really hard not to be a back seat drive too..it’s just too hard not to do that with her. Then she asks me questions why certain things are beeping at her, why she is stalling out etc. To all their own way of learning…

So I need to go see Gogo. But I want to go there, and come back here by new years. I don’t want to spend New Years in Graff Reinett. With Mama, Gogo, and likely Otua. I would honestly rather spend it in cape town, where I can party with Akyere, Adoko, Paa-Kwesi and Tsepo. I’ll try and figure that stuff out tomorrow. Wish me luck.

Also decided today that there is NO WAY that another 10 years is going to go by until I come back. NO WAY, I’m giving myself two years, I definitely cant afford it this up coming year, nor can I take the time off. So the year after…2014 I’m coming back. I think the person who would enjoy it the most is Andrew. He would totally love it here. On the beach today, I was watching a group of guys playing football, and all I could think of was ‘man, Andrew would absolutely love this moment right here’.

Ok, off to bed, I apparently need to be up super early tomorrow because the banks close at like noon. I need to go take money out – which I should have done before I came over here. Granted I only have $59 in my account until Friday, I can take out like 470 Rand. But I’m not sure all that it will get me. It will have to last until Friday. I also need to go get toiletries…I’m out of toothpaste, and I REALLY need beeswax for my hair. It’s about to look a hot mess.
